Sir. Three days ago i try to my electricity bill done through bbsp i follow the all steps. That time i got message transaction failed but the amount deducted in my account again today the same result why like this. I am waiting your valuable reply

I was trying to pay the electricity bill(my consumer no.[protected] through BBPS. Paid Rs.704.00/- through my canara net banking. Amount was deducted from bank but the system has shown failure status of transaction. Please process the payment and credit the same amounts to my account.please pay kind attention to my problem.waiting for your valuable reply and immediate action thank you
