Billdesk — failed online payment to bharti airtel ltd.

I have made a payment of rs.470.82 to bharati airtel on 29.07.2017 through my sb a/c with s. B. I through billdesk gateway.. After the payment being successful,. I have received a message that the transaction was failed, txn id[protected], airtel landline no.[protected]. Please look into the matter and make necessary arrangement to refund the amt. To my sbi a/c.

Hai sir Iam Madhan I was bill the bsnl connection in your billdesk way payment amount is Rs.2552 but not connect the broadband but your taken Rs 2552 in my account so please check the status
