Sir, I have racharged a topup voucher of rs 220/- on 16/04/2018 for bsnl mobile no [protected]. Througn bsnl portal. My account has been debited which i have received a message vide bsnl portal ref id pgsm[protected] time 10:08 am. And bill desk rct no: [protected] dt 16/04/2018. But till date the above mentioned mobile no has not been recharged. I am facing problem. Please do solve it at the earliest.
