On 22-Oct-18 I made online electricity bill payment to TSSPDCL (through website https://www.tssouthernpower.com/) using BillDesk option. The transaction has errored out, but the amount has been debited from my bank account, paid to BillDesk and not paid to TSSPDCL.
How to resolve this issue? can anyone help me please.
