Billdesk — jio recharge failed but money deducted

Subject: 6 feb 2020 - ₹ 549 paid to jio on google pay [paid ₹ 549]refund my amount
Dear city bank team
I am karthik, i tried recharging jio sim through google pay but transaction failed but my amount is deducted from my account. So please check the transaction and refund my money.
I am attaching screeshot of ttansaction for your reference
