Billdesk — ksrtc online payment

I had booked a bus ticket in ksrtc online and made the payment via billdesk though paytm. The money got deducted from patm but ticket is not generated in ksrtc app. While checking the kstrc online its show transaction failed. I had not recieved refund in paytm back.

Paytm order id - rpt[protected] of rs. 1494/

Request to refund the money so that i can re book again.

Hi,

While booking bus, payment got deducted through phone pay. But ticket is not booked and refund also not happened.
