Billdesk — lic premium payment done thru phonepe app did not go through

Below are my details.

Date : 28th nov 2018
Mode : thru phonepe app
Purpose : lic premium payment

I can still see my lic premium is not yet paid. I am working with phonepe app personals but all in vain thus far. Need your intervention on this case please.

Either refund my money back or send it over to lic as part of my premium payment.

I have sent email as well to [protected]@billdesk.com but no response thus far.

I order the food from KFC. I paid the amount from paytm through billdesk food 1 but my money got debited. Food was not order. Pls help me the issue.

AFter confirmation from the bank, Biidesk site is unreachable. this happens many times and after making complaint the confirmation from blldesk reply
