Billdesk — money debited but not credited in coinome

I try to add rs.6k and rs.3k both the transaction was shown error. But amount deducted from my bank account.
Please solve my issue.
My transaction details are
For 6k[protected]
For 3k[protected]
Now i not have money to trade.
I am a student please look on it and give back money as fast as possible.
I am a student. It is difficult to invest some more. Please solve my query.
