[Resolved] Billdesk — money deducted but service not provided | |
Today i recharged for a jio number at application my jio My jio app has payment gateway integration provided by billdesk As i was sent to payment page provided by billdesk i selected UPI as mode of payment I entered upi address and submitted it As a result I came to a page saying login to account and authorize the payment I aurhorized payment of ₹349 to Indiaideas @icici but didn't recieved any recharge from jio I tried to contact all authorities regarding this (including jio, the bank from which money deducted) but i couldn't get any satisfactory reply from above parties. So i complained on consumer complaint forum Please help regarding this payment. I've upi id of payment paid to [protected]@icici Was this information helpful? | |

I got mail from company for a refund
That needed 5-7 working days to refund BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
