Billdesk — my account debited but not credited to beneficiary account

Today i have paid rs. 1724/- through net banking for electricity bill apspdcl.
The amount was debited but not adjusted and receipt was not generated.
I have received message from bank vide ref. No. [protected]. Immediatedly i have rasied a complaint to [protected]@billdesk.com but no response is received.
I am verymuch disappointed for their service. Look into the matter immediately.
