Billdesk — online rs. 20024.31/- debited from my axis bank without successfully message

Hi i have tried making a payment using axis bank net banking option in online nps account [xxxxxxxxxx] and the money (Rs 20024.31) was deducted from my saving account, but the transaction was shown as failure and shown error message this page can not be displayed... Etc.

I would like to request a refund in my account at the earliest, and a notification for the same.

I have messaged the customer care email : [protected]@billdesk.com ;
And i have tried calling the customer care number multiple times. But have neither received a reply back nor did anyone pick up my call or it was busy...
