[Resolved]  Billdesk — pan application refund not received

I was filling a pan application and did my payment through billdesk via debit card but it was unsuccessful and they said they will refund the amount in 6 days... Its been 40 days and they hadnt refunded me with the money... I had attached the screenshot of the payment id with the complaint... Kindly look into this matter.. My earlier complaint has been resolved so i request u to resolve this also... Looking forward for ur response...
