Billdesk — Payment debited but not transferred | |||
On 03/01/17 i have paid my insurance premium rs. 1179/- towards oriental insurance co. Through bill desk. The amount is debited from my bank a/c but not transferred to oriental insurance co. As per their mail given below: Dear customer, We find that you have visited our portal on[protected]:51:41 for purchase / renewal of your policy. But, we regret to inform that your payment is not received by our portal. If the amount is deducted from your account, it will be auto refunded by bill desk. Sincerely, Oriental insurance team P. S.
