Billdesk — payment debited from account through bill desk but received failure message

Hello sir/madam,

Yesterday i made a payment in my rbl credit card, but my payment has been debited from account but neither reversed back to my bank account nor credited to rbl card. I informed the rbl card department several times, they told you have to make payment again today. Any how i managed to make the payment yesterday as i haven't received my salary yet. Request you to credit the pay directly to rbl card or else reverse it to my account.

I made payment to msrtc through UPI, money got debited from my account but didn't got any confirmation from bill desk also ticket didn't got confirmed.

Below are the details of payment:-

Please reverse the payment to my bank account.
