Billdesk — payment done and released by bank but still not reflecting

Hi,

Have made a credit card payment through bill desk from my hdfc bank account ref number : hga1p16ec[protected].

When i am calling at custome care :[protected], i am getting and rude answer everytime that i need a 14 digit ref number only. As per my bank and mail id have recived only this transaction ref id and this lady is not even ant to listen anythng. When i asked her connect me to some of the senior there and let handle them this query she said there is no senior and hang up the call.
Is this the ay you people work and this much the time is taken by you people to process a pyment.
If my payment is not getting reflected by today, i will tweet this on twitter and linked in and all the social medial platforms.
