Billdesk — payment error in billdesk when used for payment of hsbc card

Today while paying for my hsbc credit card via bill desk, the bill desk web gave me an errror saying transaction unsuccesful. But from my bank, (Hdfc gateway) i got intimation that amount was debited.

Please see the sms regarding the same.

I sent an email on 4/1/17 to [protected]@billdesk.com re: revision in my mode of payment of MSEDCL bills and resent it again today (6/1/18), made several calls but have still NOT received any confirmation from Billdesk so far.
PLEASE REVERT CONFIRMING THE CHANGE IN YOUR RECORDS.
