Billdesk — payment for bsnl mobile prepaid recharge not processed

On 18.6.2018 i have paid rs.220/- to bsnl on line recharge topup through gateway billdesk. The amount of rs.230/- including your charges has been debited to my account, but the recharge topup has not been done. The transaction id is mh in - f[protected]
Please arrange to topup my mobile recharge with 220 or else refund the money to my account. Your early action will be appreciated.
