Billdesk — Payment Made Through Credit Card Not Recd BY BSNL | |||||
Dear Sir or Madam: I had paid my landline Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL) telephone bill through my credit card for amount of Rs 2060/- on 11 Mar 17 through Billdesk services. The same has been debited against my account on my credit card for the month of Mar17. However it is observed that on logging in my account at the BSNL site, the transaction of the same has not been shown(image attached) and further the same amount has been added to the bill for the month of Apr 2017. During the course of transaction by credit card, the session ceased giving a blank web page and I could not get the transaction id. Since BSNL have not received the amount and are billing me the same in the current month, I request that the amount of Rs2060/- be credited back into my account.
