Billdesk — Payment not forwarded to merchant MSEB after successful UPI payment | |
I have paid Rs. 2470 to MSEB as an energy bill using the transaction number SHD[protected] today 7th July 2020 at around 12:20 AM after midnight. My bank transaction ID is[protected]. However, I haven't received any confirmation SMS or email regarding this payment. The amount has been deducted from my bank account as expected but MSEB confirmation or Billdesk confirmation was not received. Sent email to Billdesk support and called in state support number as per Billdesk FAQ but no response is received. Support is not upto the mark. Need immediate confirmation since I am going to miss the deadline of the payment. Was this information helpful? | |
