Billdesk — payment not transferred to merchant but deducted from bank account | |
I had made an online transaction on 31st august using icici net banking to lic of india, through billdesk gateway. The amount has been deducted from my account but it did not get transferred to lic of lndia. The transaction id is [protected]. The amount is rs 27090. I got message from billdesk that there was error during the transaction. I would appreciate if the amount is refunded back to my account as soon as possible so i can make the payment again. Please note that I have paid amount of INR 36103 for my HDFC credit card number xxxxxxxxxxxxx2062 through BillDesk but payment debited from my IDFC First Bank but not received message from billdesk while it is showing as pending status. now I am worried that payment will be received to the HDFC bank prior to the due date or not.

Payment has been done for Rs 15545 on 2/9/2019 for HDFC credit card. But amount is not received for credit card.. So please check my transaction and reply..
