[Resolved] Billdesk — payment of bookmyforex card

I paid approx 88300 rs for bookmyforex card While doing the payment the internet caused trouble and amount got deducted from the account but it didn’t reach bookmyforex I am an international student and i am in need of money as i have to pay rent And there is no way of contacting them on call from here How should i proceed further I have mailed them How to contact ?
