Billdesk — payment of credit card unsuccessful but amount got deducted from my bank account | |||
Hi, I have made my rbl credit card payment of rs 1, 11, 123 on 15th jan through bill desk. Amount has been deducted from my hdfc account but not credited to my rbl account. Since amount is high, i m worried as rbl and hdfc both has not received the payment. I have mailed to bill desk but there is no response. Please look into the matter and help immediately. I paid through phone pe for ticket booking from Mysore to Ankola. But, transaction status showing as failure. Kindly confirm the ticket booked.
