Billdesk — Recharged tata sky, thru billdesk money not credited but debited from icici

Good day bill desk,

I had made an payment of 8085rs to tatasky thru billdesk (Indiaideas) by upi payment on 26th march 2017. Money is been debited from my icici account but the tatasky have not yet received the amount. Can you please let me know why is it not credited to tatasky. And please do provide me an valid customer care phone number to which i can call for help. My bank transaction reference number is[protected].

Updated by Rigin The money is not yet refunded... and for your kind information few people are misusing this forum and are using the information to cheat people. I had registered in your site and within few minutes of registering complain I received an call to my mobile phone asking for debit card and otp password .They were promising me that they will refund the money immediately. They had made few transaction .

I recharged my tatra sky account through Google pay today subscriber if [protected] amount rs 612 . The money got debited from my account but didn't reflect in my my tata sky account . This is the second time it happened with me. Kindly refund my money asap

I have purchased tata sky hd set up box from tata sky website with the Rs.1982 and i havent got any service appointment messeges untill now its been a 24hours and payment is already debited in my account.. please fox my issue as soon as possible.
