I am trying to recharge my tatasky service from canada via an canadian credit card and it is declining with a 'pbe10002-transaction not authorized' error. My bank says i am authorized to make international payments online. I have tried a number of times both from my credit and debit card but it still fails. My services are down for more than 2 month now and despite repeated attempts i am unable to get my subscription back up. Was this information helpful? | |||

My payment for nptel online course is not being processed.Problem in processing the transaction is not mentioned. Even though I waited for about half an hour without refreshing the page, my transaction failed. Tomorrow is the last date for completing the payment .How should I complete my payment?
