Billdesk — ticket confirmation and money refund

Time of transaction: 1.07pm
Rs.1286.46 has been deducted from bank account and payment is successful but no ticket confirmation message neither money refund if ticket cancelled is received. I want a fitting reply for this or refund my money to my bank account. I have done the ticket for bbs - ypr junction in during express (Sleeper) for 21 february, 2020. So if you will please see regarding this, i would be grateful to you.
