Dear sir, I have booked bus ticket in tnstc online and payment passed through bill desk on 12/01/2018 from coimbatore to chennai at first time ticket not booked it shows some error but rs 393 debited in my account and with same credit card i booked three tickets in same day but amount passed for four time the error comes first time but amount not refunded still now. Booking details are given below 28/01/2018 - coimbatore to chennai (Ticket not booked error occurs amount passed) 28/01/2018 - coimbatore to chennai 25/01/2018 - chennai to coimbatore 16/01/2018 - coimbatore to chennai Bank details are given below Please check the payment details and refund rs.393 as soon as possible and am waiting for your reply Thanks and regards, J.
