Billdesk — transaction failure but amount deducted

While registering for nptel exam after entering otp for payment it showed transaction failed because of timeout. So payment failed but money deducted from bank. On the course page its showing payment_ongoing. Can you please inform me what happened, did my payment successful or not because still i didn't get a conformation message about it. Will it be refunded??

I made a payment of rs 3000 on 10th of February 2020 through Billdesk UPI system. Payment got failed but money got deducted from my AC. I have already mailed to [protected]@billdesk.com but on one is going to take care of this. My transaction ref no is . RHD[protected].
