Billdesk — Transaction failure but money got deducted in my bank account.

I paid my hmwssb bill, which is of an amount of ₹1250 but it shows that transaction is failed. On the other part my money got deducted from my bank account. Please refund the money to the respective bank account, so that i can pay the bill again. The transaction details are
