I am a student of s. R. K. R engineering college. I payed rs.1000 for revaluation through bill desk by qr using google pay. After the amount is debited i got a message that we are unable to process your transaction but i lost my rs.1000. There are no information about transactions and the transaction blog in my college website is showing me that there are no transactions that i have done. Please help me in this matter.
