Billdesk — transaction for gate fees | |||||
I was doing my payment for the gate 2019 form fees which had an association with your website, the payment was proceeding through debit +atm pin mode. Even though the transaction for my gate fees was declined, amount of money rupees 750 has been debited from my canara bank debit card. The otp was also sent for paying the money to billdesk but after entering the otp and processing for a few seconds, the money was correctly debited but there was no successful transaction. The transaction was declined. Such a loss wont be accepted. Please revert to the comnplaint to the earliest and try returning the money if my transaction has been failed.
