Billdesk — transaction incomplete

This is natarajan r, one of the existing credit card holder of rbl bank. I tried to pay my credit card due of rs.2254.91/- through rbl my card app by bill desk dated 05/04/2020.
But during transaction due to some technical error the transaction got failed. But the amount got debited from my account but the due amount still not got paid. It remains as a pending due. So, i request to refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

I had enclosed the debited statement of my account and screenshot of pending due statement.

I had complaint on 06/04/2020. But still no action had been taken. Kindly consider my complaint and the necessary action.
