Billdesk — unable to generate receipt of transaction towards my lic premium payment of rs 10158.00 | |||
I had processed payment rupees 10158.00 from my ICICI Netbanking account dated today towards payment of my LIC Policy Number[protected] . The Amount 10158.00 has been debited from my account but transaction status showing fatal error. Please help out for me resolve the issue. The transaction details has been shown below Transaction date: 27/02/2018 Ref. No - BIL*[protected] Transaction amount: 10158 The error received is this: https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgijsp/error1.jsp Reason: sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologies for the inconvenience and request you to try again later. The page has been now got fridge and not showing any further message now Please support to get the issue resolved soonest and either forward the payment to LIC and receipt of payment or refund the same earliest. Please refer the second message in screen shot of mobile that i have received from the ICICI Bank against the debit of the Premium amount 10158.00 from my ICICI bank account.
