I have tried to book sbstc tickets 4 times from kolkata to durgapur and vis - a - vis through your gateway but failed to get the tickets. Attempts were made twice thro' icici net banking and twice thro' icici credit card. Detail of the transactions are provided below for your kind perusal. Kindly revert these money at your earliest.
