Billdesk — upi payment got debited but bill payment was not processed | |||
Dear sir / madam I made our electricity bill payment for nov 2018 through online platform provided by mseb itself on 1 dec 2018 https://billing.mahadiscom.in/paymentpage.php and than scanning qr code given on the next page (In upi option). Following are the transaction details From: vaidehi vaibhav ghag ([protected]@okicici) Issuer bank: icici bank To: indiaideas ([protected]@icici) Google transaction id: cicagkcigstgjw Upi transaction id:[protected] My transaction was cleared immediately in google pay app but not reflected in the mseb account.
