Billdesk — uppcl payment of electricity bill through gateway billdesk not processed

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201304

I have not received any acknowledgement receipt of payment made to uppcl through billdesk. Payment made is on 20/08/2018 of amount rs 4651 which has been debited from my account. My electricity bill status is showing said amount and unpaid please do the needful. Here are other relevant details
