Billdesk Util — Recharge not happened but money got detected

I have recharged my jio number by rs.309 through billdeskutil by paytm but i have not got the amount on number. Amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Plz fix this problem. Or tell weather it will refunded in paytm or it will get recharge after sometimes. Plz help me out in this. I have paid my jee main exam fee via billdeskutil payment gateway but fees not paid and deducted instantly.Paid Rs.1017.70 to BILLDESKutil. Wallet txn ID:[protected].BILLDESKutil order #LPT[protected].please revert my amount to my Paytm [protected] (Rajat Kumar ).
