[Resolved]  Billdesk — vodafone recharge not to be processed

I found only one massage of amount deduction please read below

Dear sbi upi user, you have received collect request of inr 396.00 from [protected]@hdfcbank on date[protected]:56:13 pm (Ref no[protected]

I want a prepaid recharge from my vodafone mobile app and payment made by upi bhim sbi app but payment has gone and i found above massage from my bank and upi app but recharge not done and not found any notification from my vodafone app so kindly check answer response please

I have paid wrong bill amount of Bsnl landline no [protected] instead of [protected] on 08.3.2018. That time I didn’t received receipt and bill amount has been debited from my account. So Kindly refund the said amount in my account and I look forward for your assistance.
