Billdesk — WBCS Fee Deducted 3 times still shows No Payment done

I did payment through bill desk for WBCS 2021 Application via Debit Card. The amount (₹ 211.89/-) was deducted from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.

I consecutively made " 3 PAYMENT ATTEMPTS " but neither bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk. (Total = 211.89 × 3 = ₹635.67)
Kindly refund my money back that I paid via. Debit card at the earliest.
The screenshot SMS of payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.
