Same problem recharge with BILLDESKutill from 303 on Jio app by Paytm show recharge successful by Paytm but did not received any msg by BILLDESKutill nor by Jio, and not showing on Jio app in recharge history recharge was not accepted by Jio so please return my money on my Paytm wallet or make successful on Jio SIM thnkx BILLDESKutill order #IPT[protected], WALLET ORDER ID [protected]

I have recharged rs 303 on my jio no. From jio app through paytm bt the rechargd hav not been done.. I hav tried as much as possible bt theres no pstve response.. .plz solve this prblm

Same here. Please refund. Transaction ID [protected]. I did Jio recharge of ₹ 303 and paytm showed it as successful, but the pack was not activated in Jio.

But neither i received any msg by BILLDESKutill nor by Jio, not even showing in Jio account recharge history.
Is it a system failure or you guys doing fraud with customers?
There are so many complaints for the same, are you guys taking any step for it?
After the last date of Jio summer surprise it will be waste for us.
Do respond asap and Please return the money back in Paytm wallet or make recharge successful on Jio account.

Same problem i have recharged and the amount has been deducted bt the recharge is not completed so can you refund the money or get the recharge done.

I had reacharged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option.
