Billdeskutil — my jio recharge is not done

I have reacharged my jio number through jio.com app using paytm option for plan of rs 399/- and i got the confirmation message from paytm that they have made the payment to billdeskutil but eventhough the jio recharge has not been done. I have contacted paytm cutomercare but they said that they made payment to billdeskutil. So please kindly solve my problem. I did recharge of my jio no from the stop so please send the money back to my paytm wallet.
