I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. [protected]. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any recharge. So please solve this problem

Hyy i recharged my jio number [protected] on 15april 12:27 am for rupess 309 through my paytm the money got deducted from my paytm bal. But the transaction was dropped out and recharge was not made so pls refund my money back please do it as early as possible

Money was deducted from my Paytm wallet but recharge was not done
Can I get my money back or the recharge will be done.
