Consumer no.00843 was booked on 10 th of may and had received the bill generation message on 11 th. They cam on that day without the POS machine and we could not take it. They said they would bring it the next day and has not come till date. When we called up thy said they will send it any cost today but even today i did not get it except for a message that it has been cancelled without any reason and asking to rebook. My cash memo number was [protected] and the gas booking number was546292.
Now I have rebooked it. Please inquire about the same and let me know. Other than that those delivery boys demand for tips rashly. This is not the right way. The reputation of your agency is going to be very bad because of these people. Pls. Take action. Was this information helpful? |
