Biotrim Labs — Biotrim Labs Cancel the order

For some reason I ordered some Testo Ultra on 27 th March 2017 and paid Rs.10005 (INR) to biotrimlabs.com. same day I wanted to cancel the order and mailed the same at [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. But no response was received from their end.

On the next day I received a mail from BioTrim Labs Support saying some of their representative will talk to me shortly. But nobody responded till today.

I am from India and I am unable to contact the India customer service number. When I was placing the order on your website, the price mentioned there as 1450 INR, however, after placing the order, I have been charged 10005 INR. Could you please explain. This is totally not acceptable. If I would have known that it is like this, I would have never ordered. Please address my concern immediately.Please help me to cancel the order i am poor family. Please help me to cancel the order.
