I have ordered a product Garcinia Cambogia from Biotrim labs online on the 11th May 2015 and received a mail confirmation from [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. Since then i have been following up for my package worth 3500 INR but the company fails to share any local courier or dispatch details with me. The same was promised to be delivered within 10-14 days. It is already 28 days since ordering but the company only keeps replying with standard statements of apology and does not answer any of my queries on when the package will reach me or what are the courier details.
