I am from India and I am unable to contact the India customer service number. When I was placing the order on their website, the price mentioned there as 1779 INR for one month consignment, however, after placing the order, I have been charged 10674 INR for 6 month consignment pocket through my CITI card online payment on 12th April 2017 . Immediately, I had sent my mail to take the order for one or 2 month consignment order and return the money to my CITI bank account through which I had made the payment earlier. But, after two days (on 14th April'2017), I have got the reply from them (email ID.. [protected]@biotrimlabs.com) that they have already processed the shipping and hence they can't change the order (their consignment no#00004F6092) . This is totally not acceptable. If I would have known that it is like this, I would have never ordered. Please address my concern immediately. Can you help me to cancel the order. Was this information helpful? | |||

You select any package, you will be automatically deducted the fixed minimum amount of Rs.10674 and you also have to pay custom duty of 350 in addition to the above . Therefore the minimum amount one has to Pay 11000 .
Do not get trapped into this . Unless more transparency about pricing, verification of local address and company full address etc is proven.

I have just placed an order and then realized that I do not want the consignment for 6 months. I am sending out mails and trying to contact them through their customer care number but there is no response from anywhere. I am totally at a loss as an amount of 10, 005 has been deducted and I want a refund of my money.

The ad on Facebook took me to link which showed 1450/- and when I processed the payment Rs.10050 was deducted from the creditcard

hey ill ordered testo ultra for 6 months 2/06/2017 night time ill paid from credit card after payment they given mail confirmation they will taken 14-21 working days but I'm Bangladesh citizens I'm staying Chennai Apollo cancer hospital for treatment but I'll leave it Chennai 12 June so I need to my medicine before 12 June or I want refund my money so any one can help me? Same msg from past 3 months is copied & pasted one after the other in sequence. This is not happening, I have told you post office has not received any consignment. Money doesn't grow on trees, such a pathetic service from you.
If you are not capable of delivering product after taking my money, better refund it. Enough you have tested my patience.

I think this is a fake company & looted many people. Please do not get trapped into this.
This is totally cheating. I ditto the original complaint here on top. I was told something like 1450 plus customs etc. But when I logged in my career to my utter surprise try he amount deducted was more than ₹10, 000
How can I get my money back I am prepared to return 5 bottles out of six sent.
One I tried to use but on taking the capsule it gives stomachache which lasts till late evening.
Secondly the company doesn't want about the dude effects not it advise to consult Doctor before starting taking the medicine. I find that is not sold even as on the counter sales.
I request the company to advise me the procedure to return the unused package and refund the balance amount.

Same happened with me too. By mistake I have placed the order for one bottle but I did not see that it was already selected for 6 months pack and immediately Rs. 10005/- deducted. When I requested for cancellations, I received reply that order already placed and will not be cancelled. They are totally cheating . Any body help for refund my money please.

I had ordered for 1 bottle just to check if the medicine us worth buying however to my surprise they deducted money for 6 months and delivered 6 bottles.
I want to return 5 bottles and get the refund first the same.
There is no call centre desk to address our concern.
It also has side effects like drowsiness and headache.
Plz refund my amount and confirm delivery address do that I can courier the same.
This is absolute cheating and also playing with human sentiments.

I placed order in Jan 2019 but.myparcel reached me July 2020... It is strange.
Moreover the consignment does not have any user manual in it...It is simply the capsules in bottles as if it is a fraud, not even a bill with it. I was supposed pay a custom.xharge of 350 INR but i was forced to pay 2850 INR.
