This is not only wrong and grossly unjustified but illegal too as you have hampered my credit report which has affected my life as I am not being able to apply for loan consolidation to reduce my EMI burden, My score has dipped to 800+ in CIBIL to769 due to this.

I have been debited ₹5000 via Phonepe and bank linked WITH ICICI BANK and I didn't also there is no debit meaasge form ICICI bank. I have raised a complaint about this issue to bank and they investigated the case and send the message that "Amount XX043 has been credited ₹5000 with TEMPCR_SR[protected]_01.08.2020".On Aug 05, 2020.
