I have purchased life insurance policy online and not received the policy. I have paid premium amount and whenever i call customer care number it keeps moving to once line to another without any solution at last disconnects. I am completely annoyed as there is no response on mail or on call back service. No one in system is able to help on the same and to complete the policy. Please refund my amount at the earliest.
