sir i was planning to invest as FD in birla sunlife so i have contacted through net. after that i started getting lot of ca lls from your company i got frustrated soo one fine day one gentelmn named vinod agarwal mobile no on which is stored on my mobile [protected] this person made all arangment of getting form filled up and one mr Mahajan from accounts department[protected]landline) also assured me that i will get FD receipt as well insurance upto 5 lacks covering entire family . since both of them are taliking to me regularly i was not aware that they are going to cheat me to get large commission . i have invested 1.5 lakhs but certificate i have received is yearly premium of 1.5 lakhs which is not possible for me to pay. Vinod agarwal has promised me that i will get cerificate which he has promised in month of may now his mobile is ringing but not lifting phone also landline services are disconnected . any way they have made me fool for 1.5 lakhs using birla sunlife name. can you help me in this ?

    I am sharad mahajan from nashik road, Mr. Avinash kapoor and mrs. pooja sharma who is working in birlasun life insuarance company limited hyderabad. They had told me (by phone calls), your fathers policy (death claim) amount will be delivered within 90 days, So you have to open three policys for the death claim amount And your policys amount will be refund 1st policy for death claim amount (Birlasunlife insuarance policy) policy no. is[protected] 2nd policy for Pention amount (Reliance insuarance policy) 3rd policy for Income tax amount (Aegone religare insuarance policy) So i had open three policysAnd the amount of this three policys is 1, 71, 600 rupees.         I had given a complaint for my policy no: on[protected]. I have attached the email snapshot of the complaint that I have sent to [protected]@birlasunlife.com. Reference to that email I received a call from Birla Sun Life executive and he assured me that my complaint will be resolved and I shall get a refund of my policy with interest. He explained me a process that I need to do in-order to get my policy (xxxxxxxx) refund amount. He told me that I need to take a new policy (xxxxxxxxxx) of Rs.30, 000/- which will get discontinue once my previous policy amount is refunded to me and this 30000 rupees will also be refunded with interest. So i agreed and followed the process. And this policy was issued to me on 31/10/2014. He then told me that I will receive a NOC certificate from IRDA which I need to sign and return them, and after that my amount will be refunded to my bank account. In the first week on January he informed me that a courier company tried delivering the NOC certificate but there was no one at my residence so the certificate was returned. After that he told me that there was an additional bonus that I was going to receive from biral sun life with my refund amount. To claim that bonus I need to take an additional policy of 45, 000 rupees. I denied taking a new policy and I informed him that I was not interested in the bonus amount; I just wanted the actual amount that I had paid for my policies. Later on he told me that he spoke to the fund department and they told him that ask the client to just do the documentation for the policy and they will not represent my cheque in the bank. He told me that now just i have to provide the documents and a cheque of Rs.20000/- which will not be presented in my bank and if they are presenting in my bank then I have to stop the payment for that cheque. I followed the process and gave the documents and a cheque of Rs.20000/- dated[protected]. I had given an application of stop payment against the cheque and this cheque was presented in my bank and it was returned from my bank. Now I am trying to get in touch with the executive and he is neither picking up my call nor he his calling me back. I think he has cheated me and was just cross selling the policies. But how can he get the confidential data of my complaint that i have logged on birla sun life email. I want the company to take a strict action against him and stop all my policies and refund me the amount that I have paid to the company. This was the 2nd time I have been given wrong information and commitment from birla sun life.

          Sir i have a policy no.[protected] with your compny. In jan. i got call from your age Aman verma whose agent code is k 5260. He told me that my policy is converted in golden customer plan and aaked me for 26000. Rs check wich i givn to compny name posted to jamshedpur office. After that in march your fund department again called me and asked for 32000 rs for TDS and told me that my 243000 rs will be refunded in my account in the 1st week of april. Now in april again your fund department called me for TDS 30000 rs. I told i have already paid it than they told me that was by againt mistake my tds was not fullfil.sir i have the no. By which i got calls please do something for my hard sweating money. Application no. For my tds was B12398999.. which was given by fund department to me. Please take action .

The toll free number of the company just does not connect me to operator even after waiting for 1 hour on line. Please advise what action I should take against this irresponsible mutual fund?               Date: 11.04.2015 To, The Branch Manager, Birla Sun Life Insurance. Anakapalli, Andrapradesh. Dear Sir, I the undersigned Chappa Kishore taken a policy in my name bearing no.[protected] dated 17.05.2010 from one of the advisor / agent Ms. Kumari for Rs.1, 00, 000/-. At the time of taking policy I did not get much information about the policy and its terms & conditions. As told by Ms. Kumari that it is a onetime policy & not a continuous policy so I have taken the policy as it is one time policy. Due to my personal commitments & needs I went you to your office at vishakapatannam on 30.03.2015 to surrender the policy, after reaching the office I came to know by your staff people that this policy is continuous policy for 07 year policy and minimum 03 years premium to be paid, and now they are telling that this policy has expired / lapsed and I will not be getting any amount of it. I was shocked to hear about it that I have invested Rs.1, 00, 000/- and now they are telling that it has been lapsed and I will not be getting any amount from it, but for your kind information as of now I have never received any communication (writer / verbal) from your end unless myself reached your office, if any information received I would have continued the policy. I once would like to tell you that it is purely laps of information provided by your advisor / agent Ms. Kumari to me and now also iam trying to contact her but the mobile provide in the policy is not exixting[protected] Now I kindly request you to help me in this regards and regularize the said policy. The amount has been credited in the account of birla sunlife and have recieved the following reciept against both the payments.                   I, Sri Santosh Kumar Kataruka have a policy No.[protected] in Birla Sunlife Insurance. I have already submitted my all required documents on 1st Week of March i.e. 15 days approx In your Purulia Branch office regarding surrender of my policy. When I call on 24.03.2015 to Customer Service office then they told that my policy was register for processing on 23.03.2015. Then I registered a complaint that Id is :[protected]. Who will bear the loose which i have incurred? Why you have not registered my surrender claim on the very next day of my submission? Now I am in a great trouble as I need money immediately.                     My wife started SIP with folio NO. [protected] of Rs. 1000. and Birla MF given Insurance with above SIP. Certification of Insurance under Birla Sun Life Insurance Group Protection Solutions policy no.500836 Member Insured Id A1074944 issued to us. Now my wife expired dated 18/08/2014. As a nominee : my Son Henry File SCIP Death Claim Intimation @ Navsari office dtd 05/01/2015. Navsari office informed us that your claim received with 15 days. But till today I have not received my above mention claim and when i visit Navsari office ask for claim they told me PLEASE WAIT AND WATCH. PLEASE HELP ME.

                      dear sir my name is vijay kumar singh and i have an insurance policy in my name in birla sunlife being policy no.[protected]. a same policy of my wife anjali singh is there being policy no.[protected]. now these two policies where bought on same date from same corporate agent of birla sunlife, same fund value option is selected and always use to deposit the premium together.At around 20 to 24 jan 2015 i deposited two years premium of these two policies together. before deposit the fund value of my wife was showing around 15000 which increased to around 31000 after depositing two years premium but my fund value remained around 25000 even after depositing two years premium of around 24000. the local branch of the company doesn't give ado y type of service regarding this policy i have emailed 2 times to the company but with no response. plz. do something in this regard i am helpless.

                        I need to do the change of Bank for Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (Folio:[protected]). I sent the change of bank form with the required cheque to physical address of Birla Sun Life. They rejected the request saying signature mismatch. Now they are saying, they need previous bank attestation. But my previous bank account is closed some 2, 3 years back. I do not have any document to prove the account is closed. I can not a bank to take care of their previous customer, when currently Birla Sun Life is not taking care of their existing customers. I just need to change the bank address. I tried going to the branch, Shown my pan card(valid identity proof), requested them to go ahead with change. But still no avail. Call center people are just explaining the same thing again and again and not trying to resolve the matter. Never ever buy anything from Birla. Worst customer service. Tried calling and emailing, they are just saying same thing again and again with no resolution. Amul M:[protected]

                        You have idiotic processes causing me lot of trouble. I have decided to not invest in Birla Mutual funds again.

                        There are giving same problem to me. I go with all the documents and also beg them to do in person verification in their branch. I am ready to show every document to prove its me who is asking for bank mandate change, but they still insist on signature mismatch. Their online account is useless its only for viewing and buying additional units. To make things simple. I have password and username and there is concept of OTP they could have easily allow us to change bank mandate. I also have an insurance with them, I am paying since 2008. I will probably close it mid way. I don't think I will get any money from them.

                        Worst thing about Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund is they wont even communicate to you that they rejected the application based on signature mismatch or for any other reason. I work in US, this time they wasted 3 to 4 days of my holiday and status is same. I have tried atleast 4 to 5 times to change bank mandate. Never they communicated why they rejected. This time I asked someone who works there and she told its rejected because of signature mismatch. I think they fear i will redeem and they do not get that much returns so they deliberately are creating hurdles. Anyways If they had worked ethically I could have invested more.

                        Signature is an idiotic process already proven.
                        They also do not check whether the PAN number associated with the bank account is same or not.
                        The concern is not resolved. Still it is the same.
                        You have idiotic processes causing me lot of trouble. I have decided to not invest in Birla Mutual funds again.

                          Dear Sir As per the documents enclosed I, Monica Bharti Seth had given a request of redemption of my life insurance policy no.[protected] at your Nehru Place Branch on 14 October 2014. I do not have the original policy with me and thats why Mr. Nitin Mathur the branch head there had got some documents signed by me. He confirmed that the whole procedure would take around 2 weeks. Unfortunately till date I have not received the credit. Mr.Nitin keeps saying every now and then that it will be done today...tomorrow and so on.                             My Father Mr. Kedardas Agrawal Chartered Accountant resident address A/304, Satyam building. Opposite Post Office, Link Road. Borivali (west).Mumbai 400091 having Permanent Account Number AAJPA6544L made investment in Birla Sun Life Insurance in the year[protected] by impressing with attractive advertisement & broacher of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. He purchased ten policies amounting to Rs.8, 20, 000/- in the name of my Brother Keshav Agrawal & one policy in the name of my Mother Vimla Agrawal as per the attached file. After investing the amount it was comes to my father knowledge that there was fraud and cheat against them (This was happened due to fraudulent email and other) Copies of same are enclosed herewith. When he planned to initiate the refund/recovery process, Mr. Jai Prakash Sinha (designate himself as an agent of Birla Sun Life) have communicated (with the fraudulent Birla Sun Life email-id) to us with the forged settlement papers. He is a disloyal person as he told us to make extra payment of Rs. 300000/- in the name of 'Club Numero India Pvt Ltd.'(as per his mail it is a Fund Department of Birla Sun Life) copy of same is enclosed herewith, if we need the settlement amount. We made the payment as follows. After that he never come to back us. He was unwilling to proceed with settlement & all the money which we have paid was forged by him. Date Bank name Cheque no.                               We are receiving abusive calls from tele-callers from Birla Sun Life from the number [protected]. Everyday they call up and ask for purchasing Insurance from them. On refusal they speak nasty words, use slang languages and threaten us that they will beat us.

Since last so many months, I am getting only SMS and a message from Citibank having received the amount, but no receipt copies.                                       My name is Kulwinder Singh. I was a advisor in Birlasunlife Ropar/Rupnagar Branch. My code was AO0119. Sir I have enrolled more than 30 polices with you. Some of My clients paid there premiums for 2-3 years, after that some of them stopped paying there premiums because of financial problems. Some of them paid 30 to 40 thousand but after 3 or 4 years you are paying them 4000, 7000, few people gets not even a panny. How can the amount as much less.They people are now harassing me for there money.When I contact in your Ropar branch there was not even a single responsible person except Mr Munish who collects premiums. But there is no branch manager, no agency manager with whom I contact. After 3 to 4 years now you are closing the policies but paying very less amount to the customers which is not fair. Sir All of them are now harassing me and my family and wants there invested money back. Sir I belong to lower middle class family. I am not able to pay there money. But because I was an adviser they take policies on my behalf. I have worked with your company more than 2 years. At that time my agency managers and branch manager given me some wrong information about policies, like they said Birla Sun Life policies are for 5 years and there return is more than 12%. They said policy holder has to pay for 5 to 7 years only, even they lied about the term of the policy to attract more customers. At that time I was not aware of these things but now I am. Sir because of your senior managers companies repo in people gets down. it's clear example is that one time your Ropar branch was almost empty. There was no Branch manager no agency manager no adviser at all. It all happens because they people given wrong information to there clients and Advisor's too. Advisors like me are now victams of our clients.
