[Resolved] Birla Sun Life — non-payment of redemption proceeds
Sir, My Birla Sun life Mutual fund FMP has matured on 6th April 2015 under folio no. [protected]. Till today, 16th Apri2015 I have not received redemption amount. The toll free number of the company just does not connect me to operator even after waiting for 1 hour on line. Please advise what action I should take against this irresponsible mutual fund?
