Birla Sun Life — not getting my pf amount

Dear concern,
I have applied my pf in aug last week 2017. My ticket no [protected]. But i have not receive my amount. I have send the pf again oct 2017. Which is received to ur thane address on 30 oct 2017... But still not getting any information... Plz help me in this matter... Do the needfull favour....
